Greg Atchision

Chair

After nearly 40 years of combined military, corporate, and academic experience, Greg answered God’s call to become a C12 Chair and see the Kingdom of God advanced in the lives of business owners and their companies.

Greg comes to C12 with a breadth of experiences that includes co-leading a P&L responsible for a $50+ million business employing 350 people, leading a R&D team charged with developing next generation training technologies, and overseeing more than 350+ technicians supporting a wide variety of military aircraft. His most recent efforts have been in the area of leadership development and executive coaching, where he was involved with the development of Boeing’s emerging leaders, senior managers, and executives from around the globe.

A life-long learner, Greg has a Ph.D. in Organization and Management with a specialization in leadership. This served him well, as he was an adjunct professor with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University for 8 years. In addition, he holds a Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation.

Greg has been active in small group ministries, including marketplace ministries in San Antonio and St. Louis for nearly 20 years. While in San Antonio, he was active in the Biblical Leadership for Excellence (BLE) ministry. Greg also served as a small group leader with Biblical Business Training (BBT) in St. Louis, leading a weekly bible study in Boeing’s defense headquarters. He is a deacon at the First Baptist Church of Wentzville and teaches Sunday School when needed.

Greg has been married to his high school sweetheart, Nancy, for over 40 years. He enjoys fly fishing, reading, and anything that involves being outside with Nancy and their 10-year-old Siberian Husky.

Our Members Say It Best

C12 is the largest and fastest growing Peer Advisory Group experience in the United States. Why?  The C12 Group is not a business Bible study. It's not a professional networking group or a guest speaker forum. It's a movement of Christian business leaders truly changing the world in and through the marketplace.
